CSWIP Logbook
To maintain CSWIP certification, candidates are required to renew their certificates at periodic
intervals. A mandatory requirement is the provision of verified documentary evidence of your work
activity and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
CSWIP logbook provides an easy recording method to demonstrate your compliance. Conveniently divided
into 5 colour coded sections (personal, employment, CPD, eyesight tests and notes), the CSWIP
logbook ensures that your record keeping is accurate, ordered and hassle-free, enabling a smooth
renewal process.
CSWIP Rubber Stamp
Publicly demonstrate your certification with the CSWIP rubber stamp. The only official CSWIP stamp
available, it displays your name, candidate number, and level of certification, making documentation
sign-offs quick and effortless.
