Continuing to deliver on our assurance of ‘Compliance through Competence,’ TWI Certification Ltd (TWI
Cert) is pleased to inform all CSWIP and BGAS-CSWIP certificate holders, as well as current and
prospective employers, of our online verification service. This service is designed to provide
a guarantee of authenticity for your certification, while also protecting the personal data of our
60,000 CSWIP certificate holders.
In order to ensure authenticity, we recommend that employers verify the CSWIP or BGAS-CSWIP
certificate, from any prospective employees. The certificate number and date of birth are listed on
the certificate, while the customer/candidate number and picture is provided on the ID card once
received.
For your own peace of mind, we strongly advise that employers use the verification service to confirm
the validity of CSWIP and BGAS-CSWIP certificates, before employing anyone claiming to hold a CSWIP
or BGAS-CSWIP certification.
Those individuals who have been banned from holding a certificate issued by TWI Cert, including
CSWIP, BGAS-CSWIP and the EWF/IIW Welding Coordinator Diploma, are listed here.
